We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Plant Operator to join our client’s pre-mixed concrete plant in Wodonga, VIC.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of machinery operation, computer-based tasks, and working in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Batch concrete orders using computerised systems.
• Operate front-end loader and other plant machinery.
• Monitor production metrics and ensure quality output.
• General yard duties and plant cleaning.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

About You:

• Experience in concrete batching (highly regarded).
• Front-end loader and/or forklift operating experience.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a safety-critical environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Requirements:

• White Card.
• Front End Loader ticket (essential).
• Must be able to confidently undergo pre-employment testing and medical checks.
